St. Bernard Housing

Columbia Park Phase 1 - Complete MEP design including HVAC systems for all building including kitchen hoods, Plumbing design within 5 feet of perimeter for each building, complete lighting and power systems for all buildings including kitchen appliances.  Design shall also include telephone, data and cable TV systems for each building. Project consists of ten building types with a total of 73 buildings.

Visitor Comment: Cynthia Wiggins was literally "gushing" with praise about Columbia Parc (CP). Cynthia stated that the political stakeholders and public housing resident leaders were blown away!!! with the quality and attractiveness of CP. Bottomline Cynthia said that CP was far beyond their expectations and that all parties believe that CP is the finest garden style rental multi-family housing in the City of New Orleans. Cynthia went on to say that the resident leaders would want any new major redevelopment opportunities to be awarded to Columbia Residential.
