Provided complete MEP design services for the new practice facility. Design included HVAC, lighting, fire alarm, fire protection, plumbing with sewer, and water. The practice facility included two practice gyms, training rooms and locker rooms with coaches offices, conference rooms, and auditorium. Coordination of services was provided for LEED certification.

The Tulane Hertz Center has been awarded LEED certified Gold.
