Complete
MEP design. The mechanical and electrical design of this
project included a 400-room high-rise hotel tower with
meeting space, theater and restaurants, a high-rise parking
garage, retail strip malls, surface parking lot and dockside
facilities for the gaming boat. A terminal bridge was
designed to cross Clyde Fant Parkway for direct access
between the parking garage and hotel promenade. The garage
design included a dedicated ventilation system to control
carbon monoxide levels in the basement and an emergency
generator. The dockside facilities included a dedicated
secondary chilled water piping system, domestic water,
firewater, sewer, oil removal, 460 volt power distribution,
data, telephone and an integrated fire alarm system connecting
all facilities. |
