Gene is the Senior Electrical and Mechanical Engineer, Mr. Vivien is responsible for the total project design and coordination of both the mechanical and electrical engineering for all projects produced by the firm.  Experiences include the HVAC systems, plumbing systems, energy management surveys and system applications, fire protection systems, electrical distribution systems, lighting systems, telecommunication systems, energy audits.  Experiences include energy management surveys and system applications, fire protection systems, electrical distribution systems, lighting systems, telecommunication systems and energy audits, as well as the following:  HVAC Systems - single zone systems, fan coil systems, fan powered variable air volume systems, reheat variable air volume systems, packaged terminal air conditioned systems, operating room laminar flow systems, 4-pipe hydronic systems, high temperature hot water systems, variable frequency drive systems, dust collection systems, carbon monoxide exhaust systems, computer room systems, smoke pressurization and control systems, primary-secondary pumping systems, variable speed pumping systems, and hurricane Katrina modifications and renovations. Plumbing Systems - commercial plumbing systems with hot water re-circulation, medical gas systems, steam production and distribution systems, de-ionized water systems, underground polyethylene gas distribution systems, and laboratory exhaust systems. Fire Protection Systems - automatic sprinkler systems, deluge sprinkler systems.
