 Complete MEP design. New 1.1 million square foot warehouse. The mechanical design includes heating and ventilating the warehouse that required non-condensing conditions. Temperature/humidity sensors were utilized to maintain the interior temperature 10o above outside dewpoint. The ventilation/heating were controlled by automated control systems. The electrical design includes a primary voltage metering from Entergy with 4.5kV secondary distribution.
