David Vivien has over 25 years experience in mechanical HVAC design. He is responsible for total coordination of and design of mechanical systems, including plumbing, HVAC and fire protection. His design experience includes office buildings, hospitals, schools, multi-purpose centers, mechanical plants, military installations, hotels, casinos, libraries, laboratories, kitchens, gymnasiums, site utilities, and Hurricane Katrina modifications and renovations, water systems, underground polyethylene gas distribution systems, and laboratory exhaust systems. Fire Protection Systems include automatic sprinkler systems, and deluge sprinkler systems.

His 34 combined years of electrical work and electrical design experience includes interior and exterior lighting systems, site and building power distribution, fire alarm systems, communication systems, lighting fiber-optic systems, medical/laboratory equipment power design, kitchen equipment power design, commercial computer electrical design, intercom/paging systems, security systems, nurse call systems and energy conservation measures such as lighting control and power demand limiting.

JANICE B. VIVIEN
Corporate Secretary and Administrator
Janice’s career as Corporate Secretary and Administrator for Lucien T. Vivien Jr. & Associates has spanned over three decades. She has worked along beside her husband in building a strong foundation in making LTV the successful firm that it is today. She continues her day to day duties in the office managing the monthly revenue and expenses and ensuring smooth operations of business transactions within the corporation.

Mechanical Designer
Ryan joined the LTV team in 2024. He has over 13 years experience in the commercial mechanical design field. His knowledge of mechanical design is unparalleled and his dedication to his craft is astounding. Ryan offers a unique understanding of mechanical design that he attained through 6 years of mechanic technician work in the field.
ANNA MORGAN
Office Manager
Anna joined the LTV team in 2007. She has over 15 years experience in the administration field. She currently works closely with the LTV team in providing administrative services where needed to keep the office running smoothly and efficiently.
LEONARDO RAMIREZ
CAD Designer
Leo has been with LTV for over a decade. Prior to employment with LTV he worked with a local petro chemical facility for numerous years as CAD designer. As Supervisor in our drafting department Leo is proficient in the latest version of AutoCAD and has been efficient in producing accurate and detailed drawings for our clients.
