This project is a 4 story, 48000 SF, multifamily residential facility in downtown New Orleans, containing 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom standard and ADA units.
This project involves energy efficient design, utilizing LED, Energy Star, lighting fixtures, high efficiency plumbing fixtures and high efficiency HVAC systems.
Vivien Engineers is providing a complete MEP design, including, lighting, power, all low voltage systems, and all plumbing and all mechanical systems.
