The design for the new 10,000 SF combined library and community center facility consisted of complete restoration of the original historic community center. The complete MEP design for the new library and community center included HVAC, plumbing, power and lighting for reading room, circulation, book stakes and children’s room. The project was awarded LEED Certification by the United States Green Building Council.
