The Villages @ Beverly Phase II was a 21,000sf multifamily residential development in Hattiesburg, MS.
Gulf Coast Housing Partnership has a variety of these developments constructed throughout Louisiana, Mississippi, and Texas.
This specific development was the second phase of a multiphase development providing 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom units.
Vivien Engineers completed the MEP design for this project and contributed to the owner receiving numerous energy conservation credits through smart design.
Energy Star and LED lighting fixtures, Energy efficient and ASHRAE certified HVAC systems, Energy smart plumbing fixtures and lighting control were part of this effort to provide a reduced energy footprint while still providing a high quality design.
